Crape Myrtle
Natchez (white), Cheyenne (red) and Arapaho (red) are ready for transplanting during the Winter of 2007. Natchez makes a tree if not pruned. Cheyenne is a 2003 release from the National Arboretum and is a small bush with a high bloom-to-leaf ratio. Arapaho also was released by the National Arboretum in 2003. It has dark glossy leaves, grows to a medium bush size and is a striking plant with very red blooms.
