River Birch
| River Birch is native to the Florida Panhandle and lower Alabama. The tree is a fast grower and goes up rather than out after the first few years. The exfoliating bark is especially pleasing in a tree mix. Height can reach 50 feet or more in ideal locations. These trees are five years old in 2008 and are ready to be dug and bagged this Winter. The trunks are already exfoliating. About 100 are currently available.
